Cranberry Almond Granola

Ingredients
4 cups Old Fashioned Rolled Oats1 cup sliced Almonds1/2 cup wheat germ1/2 cup honey1/2 cup extra light olive oil3- 1oz bags of dried cranberries
Directions
Heat oil & Honey just enough to thin and mix together well. Pour over all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Coat all ingredients well with oil/honey mixture. Spread over baking sheet (THIN LAYER!) *spray with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking* Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cool completely before storing.
