Ingredients
750cc chicken brot (0.75 liter)Grated cheese entrepinares Mdona, 75 gram Veg - Zuccini, 600 gram Sour Cream 185cc 1/2 cup beer
Directions
Cut the zuccini coarsly and add them to the mix of boiling beer and brot until cooked. Add sour cream and let it boil for a couple of minutes.
Place in the mixer and mix.
Serve hot in mugs or bowls with 15 gr (1/2 oz) grated cheese or serve cold without the cheese.

    yes, it's broth
    entrepinares mercadona is just a brand. any grated cheese will make it.
