Green Chicken Enchiladas

Ingredients
La Victoria Green Mild Enchilada sauceGuerrero Corn TortillasShredded Mozzarella cheese (as needed)Chicken breastVegetable OilGarlic cloves SaltShredded lettuceSour cream
Directions
* Boil chicken along with salt and three cloves for about 15 minutes or until you see the chicken white.
* Once cooked and cooled, shred the chicken thin enough to fit in a wrapped tortilla.
* Empty the La Victoria Enchilada sauce into a bowl larger enough for you to be able to dip the entire tortilla in.
* Put vegetable oil or corn oil into the frying pan, enough to fry the tortilla. Warm up the pan until the oil start to pop.
* Place four tortillas in the microwave for one minute or until tortilla is soft.
*Dip the warm tortilla in the Enhilada sauce, then place it in the frying pan and let it fry until it the tortilla gets soft. Flip it over carefully so that it doesnt fall apart.
*remove from pan and place the extremely hot tortilla on a plate and place some shredded chicken and mozarella cheese in the middle of the tortilla. Fold the tortilla sides into the middle.
* Spread some mozzarella cheese onto the enhilada and pour a table spoon of La Victoria Enchilada sauce on to the enchilada.

** Top off the enchiladas with Shredded lettuce and Sour cream and Enjoy!!
