Ingredients
1 # extra-lean ground turkey breast1/2 red or yellow pepper, chopped1/2 t cumin 1/2 t chili powderA dash of tabsco or Louisiana Hot sauce
Directions
Mix together 1# turkey with all ingredients. Form into 4 patties. Broil (foil lined pan coated with cooking spray) or grill. Do not over cook.
