Lisa's Stuffed Shell Lasagne

Ingredients
1lb. Ground Mild Italian Sausagebox Jumbo Shell Pasta16oz. Cottage Cheese (lowfat)Jar Chunky Ragu Garlic Onion Sauce1/4 C mozzarella cheese (part-skim) grated
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 deg.
Brown Italian Sausage
Cook shells
add 1/4 sauce to browned sausage
Stuff ~1t cottage cheese and 1t cooked sausage in each shell stack 1 layer of shells into baking dish and cover with sauce.
Layer another stack of shells until done cover rest of shells with rest of sauce.
Sprinkle top with mozzarella cheese bake for 30 mins or until cheese melts.

Serving Size: makes 8 servings of 5-6 shells each
