Indian Potatoes and Peas

Ingredients
Red Potato, 1000 grams Onions, raw, 2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Peas, canned, 2 cup Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) *Clubhouse Garam Masala spice, 6 tbsp
Directions
Peel and dice potatoes, dice tomatoes and onions. Fry onions in Olive oil for a few minutes until brown. Add tomatoes and fry for another few minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Remove cover and simmer for another 15-20 until sauce and thickened,
