Healthy Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake

Ingredients
1/3 cup strawberry fat free yogurt1/2 cup (about 2 large) frozen strawberries1/3 cup 4% cottage cheese1 heaping scoop vanilla protein powder (I use Muscle Milk, any will do)2 T fat free sour cream1/2 cup 1% milkAdd a few ice cubes if you like it very cold.
Directions
Mix all ingredient in the blender. Mix well (about 30 seconds). Enjoy!
