Peanut Butter Scotcheroos

Ingredients
1 - 12 oz bag chocolate chips1 - 11 oz bag butterscotch morsels8 cups Rice Crispies1/2 stick butter or margarine1 cup peanut butter1 tsp salt
Directions
In a double boiler melt 1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate morsels (or milk chocolate) and 1 bag of butterscotch (or peanut butter) morsels, stir until smooth. In a large plastic bowl melt butter, swirl around to coat bowl. Then add in 1 lb of marshmallows and 1 cup of peanut butter, zap on high in microwave oven for 2 minutes. Remove and stir until marshmallows are smooth, may take a few more 1 min zaps. When marshmallows are melted and fully stirred with peanut butter, quickly add 8 cups of cereal, stir together quickly and press into a greased 12x14 glass pan. Cool for 30 minutes and cut into 2x2 pieces before chocolate topping sets firm.
