Chassy Cakes Cream of Chicken and Rice

Ingredients
1 Pound Chicken Breast1 C Long Grain Rice1/2 C Cream of Mushroom Soup1/2 C Cream of Chicken Soup1 Lemon Salt & Pepper
Directions
1. Cook Rice
2. Squeeze Lemon Juice over Raw Chicken (Skinless and Boneless)

3. Season Meat
4. Saute Chicken in a Skillet w/Olive Oil for 2 minutes on each Side
5. Drain Chicken, pour into a baking dish, add soups, cook in oven (350 degrees), for 30 minutes.

I usually serve sauteed, garlic, lime green beans with this dish.
