Microwave Custard

1 3/4 c skim milk3 eggs1/4 c sugar1 tsp vanilla1/8 tsp salt
Heat milk in measuring cup 3-4 minutes in microwave.
Whisk eggs, add and whisk sugar, salt, and vanilla.
Pour and whisk in heated milk.
Pour mixture into custard cups or microwave dish.
Microwave on 50% power for 8-10 minutes, longer if watery
Remove and cool until set on counter or chill in refrigerator. Top with fruit or whipped cream if desired.
