1/2 large red bell pepper1/4 c. water3/4 cup raw cashews, soaked for about 2 hours1/4 cup hemp seeds1 TBSP tahini2 TBSP nutritional yeast1/2 tsp Celtic sea salt2 small green onions, roughly chopped1 garlic clove, crushed1 TBSP lemon juice
Blend everything in a high speed blender until smooth.
Refrigerate for a few hours for a thicker consistency, or enjoy right away!
