FLANK STEAK (6 OZ)6 CORN TORTILLAS1/2 CUP ONION, CHOPPED9 TBSP OF CILANTRO, CHOPPED1 LIME
Directions
1.) GRILL THE FLANK STEAK TO MEDIUM AND CUT INTO BITE SIZE STRIPS.
2.)HEAT THE TORTILLAS ON THE GRILL
3.)PUT 1/3 OF THE MEAT INTO TWO OVERLAPPING TORILLAS. ADD 1/3 OF THE ONION AND CILANTRO AS TOPPING AND SQUEEZE A WEDGE OF LIME OVER IT.
