Mixed Beans and Turkey Sausage Soup

Ingredients
2 cups of mixed dry beans8 cups wateronionscarrotsgarlicbell peppers4 servings of lean, Jennie-O smoked turkey sausage (8 oz.)1 can tomato saucecuminchili powdersaltpepperother spices to tast
Directions
Soak beans overnight in 8 cups of water. In the morning, drain and rinse beans, add 8 cups fresh water. Bring to a boil and then lower heat and simmer for 90 minutes. Chop onion and saute in Pam or olive oil spray. Add carrots, bell peppers, garlic. When soft, add to beans. Saute sausage, add to beans. Add tomatoes and spices, heat, stir and serve!
