My homemade shrimp stir fry serv= 3oz

Ingredients
1 pd shrimp with tails2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1 medium yellow onion chopped/diced3 large carrots chopped3 celery stalks chopped1 red bell pepper chopped1.5 tbsp garlic powder0.5 tsp Kosher salt0.25 tsp ground black pepper*** use seasonings to taste!
Directions
Add oil to high heat, add onions and carrots, till onions are translucent. Then add other chopped vegetables. Lower heat to medium, stir about 5 minutes. Add shrimp to pan, and keep stirring until shrimp cooks, about 5 more minutes. Make sure all shrimp tails get curled up and turn color.

Great to serve over brown rice or white rice. Not included in receipe.
