Pancakes

Ingredients
- 1.5 cup Flour, white- 0.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour- 2 tsp Baking Powder- 1 tsp Baking Soda- 0.5 tsp Salt- 1 tsp Cinnamon- 2 cups Milk, nonfat- 2 Eggs- 0.25 cup Applesauce, unsweetened- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
Directions
Preheat a non-stick pan over medium-high heat.

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

Make a well in the center. In a separate bowl, beat together egg, milk, vanilla, and applesauce. Pour milk mixture into flour mixture. Beat until smooth.

Pour or scoop the batter onto the hot griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
