Molasses Ginger Cake

Ingredients
4 tbs unsalted butter1 cp unsulphered molasses1/2 cp plain yogurt or buttermilk1/2 cp packed dark brown sugar2 large eggs1 oz crystallized ginger2 cp flour1 1/2 tsp ground ginger1 tsp baking soda(optional: 1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp all spice)
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 325
and grease pan

1. melt butter
2.stir in molasses
3.add yogurt or buttermilk
4.stir til smooth
5.mix flour, spice and bk soda in a large bowl
6.add wet to dry
7.blend well
8.pour into pan and spread around
9.cook about 1 hour
