Blackeyed Pea Salad

Ingredients
3 c Blackeyed peas, cooked without salt and drained1 med onion, chopped1 med green pepper, chopped2 t garlic powder1/4 t black pepper2/3 c fat free Italian dressing
Directions
I do the peas in the crock pot so I don't have to watch the pot. You can use canned peas but you gain 13 calories and almost double the sodium.

Stir all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
