Ingredients
*Zuchini Squash 1 cup(124 g) includes skin, 1 cup*whole onion, raw (1 onion), 1 serving*14 baby carrots, 1 serving (remove)**OILS - Olive Oil - Extra Virgin, 1 tbsp*cayenne pepper, 0.25 tsp *Black Pepper, .25 tsp*Dill Weed Dried 1 tsp93% Lean Ground Beef, 4 oz*Small Red Potatoes - 15 potatoes
Directions
Brown beef set aside. Mix veg, spices & oil in 9x13 pan lightly covered with foil, bake 400 for 30 min. Add ground beef and stir. Remove foil bake for 15 min more.
