Tastey Turkey Taco Salad

1 Package Ground Turkey1 Head of lettuce shredded(or 1 bag preshredded lettuce)1/2 c Fat Free(or 2% milk) Cheese Shredded2 Tbsp Sour CreamSliced Black Olives2 Tbsp Salsa of choiceOld EL Paso Taco Seasoning2 Tbsp Fat Free Cream Cheese
Cook ground turkey in large skillet until fully cooked, add the taco seasoning (1/2 package) and enough water to help coat the turkey with the seasoning.
Clean and Shred the lettuce.
Combine Salsa with Sour Cream and Cream Cheese(Make sure its room temp and smooth for easy mixing).
Spread the sour cream mixture on the bottom of your plate (divide it evenly for each serving)
Put lettuce on top of that, crumble the tortilla chips on top of the lettuce(usually about 5 chips each salad) put 1/2 cup of turkey, cheese, and olives to top off the salad!
