2 Chicken Breast, no skin, breast, bone and skin removed 2 cup Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 2 cups Green Peppers (bell peppers), sliced3 cups Zucchini, sliced1 tbsp Knorr Chicken Buillion powder, 3 cups mushrooms 3sliced.3 tbs Olive oil
Saute vegetables, remove from fire, cut chicken breast in strips and brown, return vegetables and add powdered builion and a splash of water cover and lower flame and steam zucchini slices.
