Saute all vegetables except tomatoes in garlic, olive oil and butter. When vegetables are soft, add eggs, Burrata, slices of tomato and cheddar and put in oven for 15 minutes at 350. Last 2 minutes of cooking you can put under broiler to brown top and melt cheese.
