Sweet Biscuits(Gluten Free, Egg Free and Dairy Free)

Ingredients
1/3 cup dairy free butter substitute1 1/2 tablespoon palm sugar 1/2 cup potato starch1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon arrowroot powder or 3/4 cup cornstarch1/4 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon salt3/4 tablespoon xanthan gum1 tablespoon baking powder1/2 cup milk1 1/2 tablespoon agave nectar1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat oven to 375*F.

In a medium bowl, cream butter substitute and palm sugar. Add remaining ingredients and mix until all lumps are gone. Batter will be quite soft and sticky,

Drop dough onto greased baking sheet. Bake 12-15 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serving Size: Makes 8 biscuits about 2 inch in diameter.
