Ingredients
2 pkgs Light Cream Cheese2/3 cups sugar1 tsp cinnamon1 tsp vanilla extract2 Eggs1 Graham pie crust 9"
Directions
Pre-heat oven 325. Blend sugar & cream cheese. Add eggs one at a time. Add cinnamon & vanilla. Pour mixture into pie crust. Bake for 65 min or until top cracked & set.

    Instead of adding cinnamon, I used 1 zested lemon. I also made sure the cream cheese and eggs were at room temp. I also beat the cream cheese and sugar for at least 4 min. until it was fluffy. - 3/28/21
