Turkey Meatloaf Muffins

Ingredients
3 Green Jalapeno Peppers, Chopped1 Medium Red Onion, Chopped20 oz. Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey4 Large Egg Whites (3/4 Cup Liquid Egg Substitute) 1/3 Cup Quaker Oats Old Fashioned Oatmeal1/3 Cup Kikkoman Teriyaki Sauce & Marinade
Directions
Dice red onion and jalapeno, sautee 5-10 minutes in olive oil until onion is translucent. Make sure you use your oven fan or the jalapenos will smoke you out of your kitchen!

Combine all other ingredients in large bowl, stir with hands. Two options for cooking:

(1) BAKED -- Spray muffin pan with non-stick spray, fill with mixture. Bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees, remove from tins when cooled, wrap up and serve warm.

(2) ON THE GRILL -- Form 12 balls, flatten slightly and dent in center with thumb (to prevent rounding on the grill). Cook burgers on a gas or charcoal grill for about 8 min per side, until fully cooked in the center.
