Ingredients
You Will Need1 ¼ teaspoon, yeast500 grams, strong white flour1 ½ teaspoons, sugar2 tablespoons, olive oil1 ¼ teaspoons, fine sea salt50 grams, wheat germ350mls, water
Directions
Serves / Makes: 16 slices
Prep-Time: 5 minutes
Program/Cycle: Basic bake 4 hours

Place the measured ingredients in the bread pan, placing the dry yeast at the bottom; you do not want it to mix with the water just yet. Cover the yeast with all the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, salt etc.) OR in the order according to your machines instructions
Add any additions (nuts and/or fruit) to the additions dispenser or when the additions beeper sounds.
Pour in the water and any other liquids, put the pan in the bread maker close the lid and set on the recommended setting and start.
Serve and Enjoy!
