Ingredients
*Beef Bottom Round Roast, 3-3.5 lbs. Oregano, ground, 1 tsp *GARLIC SALT, 1 tsp Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 1 cup Green Peppers (bell peppers), 2 cup, strips
Directions
Cut roast in 1/2 and put in crock pot. Add 1 cup beef broth, sliced peppers, and seasoning. Cook on low for 6-7 hours. Take meat out of crock pot and let set 5-10 minutes. Slice and serve on rolls or wraps, or over rice.
