Hazelnut Vanilla Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup almond meal1/4 cup hazelnuts4 eggs2 tbsp honey1 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp salt1/4 tsp baking soda
Directions
these pancakes cook better if you make them smaller than 'normal' pancakes and cook them at a lower temperature. They will stick quite badly if cooked on the stove in a pan, but cook well on a nonstick griddle. Delicious with fresh fruit.
