Ingredients
* Yellow Sweet Corn, Canned, 1 cup * Fat Free Refried Beans, 1 cup * Salsa, 2 cup * Fat Free Sour Cream, 1cup * Enchilada Sauce, 1 cup * Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 1 cup, diced * *Whole Wheat Tortilla, 10 serving
Directions
mix together first 4 ingredients.
divide mixture evenly between tortillas, fold and place in a baking dish.
Pour enchilada sauce on burritos.
Sprinkle cheese on top.
Cover and bake at 350 until warmed.
