Ingredients
1/4 cup quick oats1/2 Tab each of wheat bran, wheat germ, polenta, oat bran1 Tab Quick Barley1/2 packet or 2 1/2 Tabs of HMR 800 vanilla Shake mix1/2 cup + 1 Tab hot water
Directions
Add all ingredients to bowl. Add boiling water. Stir and let rest for 5 mins or until desired consistency.

Eat and enjoy.
