Left over leg of lamb stew

Ingredients
1 medium onion3 cloves garlic3 medium carrots, choppedLeft over lamb piecesRed wine - 1 cupstock cubes x 2tinned tomatoesrosemary, mint and thyme to taste
Directions
Chop up the vegetables and throw them into a pan with all the other ingredients. Let the lamb simmer away until the sauce is thickened. Slowly add and stir in the flour to thicken the sauce. Serve - nice with crusty bread!
