Strawberry Vinaigrette

Ingredients
1/4 c olive oil1/4 c walnut oil1/3 c apple cider vinegar6 strawberries1 tsp dijon mustard1/8 tsp salt1/4 tsp black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients in food processor until smooth. Serve over spinach with toasted almonds, sliced strawberries, and onion slices.

Serving Size: Makes about 16 1 tbsp servings...or I use about 1/2 of this to make a family sized salad.
