Ingredients
Beef, top sirloin, .5 oz Corn Tortillas, 1 tortilla, medium (approx 6" dia) Cheddar Cheese, 1 cubic inch *Guacamole, 1 tbsp Red Ripe Tomatoes, .125 cup, chopped or sliced Iceberg Lettuce (salad), .125 cup, shredded or chopped *Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, .5 tbsp
Directions
Season and cook beef until tender enough to shred.
Dice tomatoes
Shred lettuce
grate cheese

Roll beef in corn totrilla. Heat oil in pan. Fry until crisp.

Drain on a paper towel

Garnish rolled taco with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes and guacamole. Enjoy!
