LowFat-LowSugar Banana Chocolate Chip Bread

2 Cups of FlourSpenda to taste (I use 2 teaspoons)1 rsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1 tsp salt2 eggs beaten3 mashed bananas3/4 Cup all natural no-sugar added apple sauce. ( I make my own)3 Tbsp Low-fat Milk1 tsp pure vanilla1/2 cup Grain Sweetened Chocolate chips
1) Combine all dry ingredients (Except Splenda) and set aside.
2) Combine all wet ingredients. This is where you add the Slenda to taste. You can add more for sweeter.
3.) Add Chips
4.) Add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mix well to combine
5.) Spray a loaf pan w/ cooking spray and pour batter into pan.
6.) Bake @ 350 degrees for 1 hour.
****TIPS****
Great Additions or Substitues are:
1 Cup chopped nuts
Chopped up dried fruits
Instead of Grain Sweetened Chocolate chips you may use regular chocolate chips or carobs chips.
*These additions or substitutions will change the fat and sugar content.
