Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
1/2 stick unsalted butter1/2 cup chopped onions1/2 cup diced celery1 cup fresh broccoli - chopped1 cup chopped cauliflower1/2 cup chopped carrots2 cups chicken broth1 can Rotel tomatoes - do not drain
Directions
Saute onions and celery in butter till opaque; add remaining ingriedients and simmer till carrots are tender. Can alter by adding other veggies if you like but account for them in the ingriedients.
