Hamburger Potato Bake

1 lb Hamburger1/4 cup diced onion1 Can Cambells Tomato Soup1 5.5oz can V8 vegetable juice3 sliced potatoes
Brown hamburger and onions. Once browned mix in tomato soup. Pour into a 9x9 pan and layer with sliced potatoes. Pour V8 over potatoes to keep moist. Salt and Pepper if desired and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
