Chessey shredded potatoe casserole

Ingredients
32 oz frozen shredded potatoes1 c sour cream 1/2 c milk 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese (divided)2 cans Campbells cream of chicken soup (fat free)1 t black pepper
Directions
Mix all ingredients except 1 cup of the shredded cheddar chesse. Put in a greased casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes. Casserole is done when top is bubbly and slightly crisp. Top with remaining 1 cup of cheese and return to oven until melted.
