Diet Pepsi Pot Roast - Slow Cooker

3-lb. Pot Roast2 - 10 3/4 oz. cans fat-free, low sodium cream of mushroom soup1 envelope dry onion soup mix2 - 16 oz. cans of diet cola (or diet ginger ale for a different taste)
1. Place meat in slow cooker.
2. In large bowl, mix soup, dry mix, and cola. Pour over roast in cooker.
3. Cover. Cook on high 6 hours.
Makes 12 servings. Delicious served over rice or egg noodles. Can add new potatoes and carrots for last 2-3 hours of cook time if desired.
