Ingredients
Olive oil - 1 tbspCucumbers - 1 large - peeled and gratedTomatoes - 10 oz any size cut into wedges8 - 12 kalamata olives - pitted and slicedItalian herb seasoning, basil & coarse ground black pepper to taste.
Directions
Combine ingrediants and stir. Best if it sits a while before serving. Can add optional dill, salt, garlic or onions.
