Ingredients
Crayfish or Crawdad Tail Meat, 12 oz *Margarine, soft, 3 tbsp Teriyaki Sauce, 2 tbsp Garlic fresh, minced, 1 tbsp*Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp *Lemon Juice (ReaLemon), 3 tbspKC Masterpiece Barbecue Sauce, 1 tbspSalt, pepper, red pepper flakes, chili powder to taste.
Directions
Sautee crawdad meat in margarine. Add remaining ingredients in order listed and lightly stir-fry. Can serve over rice or noodles if desired.
