Green Beans and Tomatoes

Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oilonions, slicedgarlic, crushed or slicedfresh green beans (approx. 20 beans)1 14 oz can stewed tomatoes, partially drainedsalt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
Blanch green beans for 3 minutes and set aside on a towel to dry. Saute onions in oil until soft over medium heat, then add garlic and cook for 2 minutes. Add tomatoes and continue cooking for 5 minutes to reduce liquid. Add green beans and stir to coat beans. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve and enjoy. Makes 2-4 servings.
