* Chicken Breast, no skin, 2 breast, bone and skin removed (remove) * Mixed Vegetables, frozen, 1.6 package (10 oz) (remove) * Cream of Mushroom Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove) * Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) (remove) * Sour Cream, 1 cup (remove) * *Chicken Flavored Soup Base, 3 tsp (remove) * Water, tap, 8 cup (8 fl oz) (remove) * *Onion - Yellow - 1 med. (2 1/2 dia), 1 serving (remove) * *Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 3 cup (remove) * Milk, nonfat, 1 cup (remove)
boil water, chicken, soup base and onion
throw in mixed vegetables
Take out chicken and chop into small pieces
Add both cans of soup and sour cream and bring back to boil
Mix Bisquick and milk and spoon over top of boiling soup
Cook approx. 10 min. or until dumplings are cooked all the way through stirring frequently.
Serving Size: makes 10 1.5 cup servings
