Ingredients
Egg white beaters, diced canned tomatoes, roamine lettuce, green onions, and feta cheese
Directions
Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of water to egg whites and beat, pour into small hot skillet. While it fims up, dice and pour other ingredients onto center of eggs, fold and slide out of the pan.

Serving Size: Makes one medium omlette
