Marinated Kale Salad

Ingredients
Marinade/Dressing2 T Water2 T Olive Oil1 tsp chia seeds (ground if not using high speed blender)1 T balsamic vinegar2 T Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar1-2 T Bragg Liquid Aminos (depends on how "salty" you like)1/4 cup nutritional yeast1 teaspoons dijon or stoneground mustard1/2 teaspoon cuminSalad1 head kale (small)2 T sunflower seedsadditional nutritional yeast for sprinkling
Directions
mix all dressing ingredients in blender until smooth.

wash and remove stems from kale and chopped into smaller pieces. add marinade and toss well, "massaging" kale w/ spoon. chill in refridgerator for atleast 4 hours.

top w/ sunflower seeds and nutrional yeast. YUM.
