1/2 cup dry quaker instant oatmeal1 cup water1 small banana mashed1 packet of honey 2 tbsp of 1% milk
Bring 1 cup water to a boil. Add oatmeal let cook 4minutes stirring occasionally. Add remaining ingredients and cook 1 more minute.

Sweet, delicious, and easy. I was out of milk, so I added the mashed banana and oatmeal to the boiling water at the same time, and it turned out very creamy. After cooking, I added 2 tbsp of walnuts as well - it tasted like banana nut bread. Next time, I'll try a bit of cinnamon, too. Yummy. - 4/6/08
