Asian Turkey Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients
16 Bib Lettuce Leaves12 ounces ground turkey, 93% lean1 T. canola oil1 c. chopped onion2 cloves fresh garlic, minced1 T. soy sauce1/4 c. hoisin sauce2 tsp. fresh ginger, minced1 T. rice wine vinegar1 T. chili paste4 scallions, chopped2 tsp. sesame oil
Directions
Rince leattuce leaves and pat dry.

In a medium skillet over high heat, brown the round turkey in canola oil. Drain and set aside. Cooke the onion in the same pan, stirring frequently. Add the garlic, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, ginger, vinegar, and chili paste. Stir in green onions, sesame oil, and cooked ground turkey. Continue cooking until onions just begin to wilt, about 2 minutes.

Scoop meat mixture into lettuce leaves and serve.
