Easy Ground Turkey Stroganoff

1 lb Ground Turkey 97%2 Cans - Campbell's Healthy Request Cream of Mushroom Soup2 Cups of Chobani Plain Fat Free Greek Yogurt (or Fat Free Sour Cream)1 Cup of Non-Fat Milk2 8oz Packages of Fresh Sliced Mushrooms16 oz of Healthy Harvest Egg Noodles
Prepare Egg Noodles as directed on bag.
Brown Ground Turkey in large skillet, when turkey is brown add both 8oz packages of sliced mushrooms and continue cooking to your liking (tender).
In seperate bowl, mix 2 Cans of Soup, with 2 Cups of Chobani (or Fat Free Sour Cream), 1 Cup of Milk with 1 packet of Onion Soup Mix.
Pour mixture over ground turkey and mushrooms till well blended. This is a thick sauce - add water till you reach the consistency you desire.
Serving Size:�8 (One Cup of Turkey Mixture over 1 Cup [2 oz] of Noodles)
