Philly Cheese Chuck Steak

Beef chuck, 1 lb Onions, raw, 1 cup, sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, stripsMushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Adobo Seasoning, 1 tsp Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 4 oz Butter Flavored cooking spray
Makes 4 - 4oz servings
1. Slice onion and mushrooms into desired thickness.
2. Spray a pan with cooking spray
3. Heat medium high heat
4. Season meat
5. Add onions and cook until almost clear in color
6. Add meat and cook until there is little bit of redness left in the meat.
7. Add mushrooms and green pepper and cook until meat is completely done.
8. Enjoy
You can serve this with a side of rice and broccoli or make it into a sandwich by cutting the steak into strips. It is great as a wrap or sub.
Adding the green peppers the last few minutes allows for a bit of a crunch if you do not want the crunch add the green pepper with the onion.
