Brown Sugar Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1/2 Cp. Quick Cooking Oats1/2 Cp. Whole Wheat flour1/2 cp. all-purpose flour1/2 Tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1/3 cp. brown sugar1 egg2 Tbs. Veg. Oil1 Cp Skim Milk
Directions
Mix Dry ingredients in a bowl. In another small bowl, combine oil, egg, and milk. Stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Drop by 1/3 cupfuls. Yield: 8-10 pancakes. This makes 3-4 for my family!
