Cream Cheese Pancakes (Somersize)

Ingredients
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese4 eggs, separated1/2 teaspoon SomerSweet1/2 teaspoon cinnamonButter, for the griddle
Directions
In a med. bowl mix cream, egg yolks, Somersweet, and cinnamon until well blended.

In another bowl beat egg whites with an electric mixer until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture.
(If you like thinner pancakes let stand 20 minutes)

Heat a griddle to med. heat. Dollop about 1/3 cup of the batter onto the buttered griddle.
