Double Sesame Chicken Stir-Fry

Ingredients
3 oz skinless chicken breast, cut into thin strips2 tsp olive oil2 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce2 tsp honey1 garlic clove, minced1 tsp fresh ginger, grated2 cups fresh vegetable stir-fry mix1/2 cup cooked brown rice1 tsp sesame seeds, toasted1 tsp sesame oil
Directions
Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger; saute 6 minutes. Add vegetable mix and brown rice; saute 10 minutes. Top with sesame seeds and sesame oil.
